Thank you to everyone that came to Yoga Nidra with Jim on September 8th. It was a beautiful evening to come together and end our week in complete bliss!
Our second Friday Night Feature will be on the Fall Equinox, September 22nd from 6:30-8:15pm.
This will be a partner yoga class and will be a benefit to the fire survivors on the island of Maui.
The class will not come off your class pass, instead we ask for a cash donation at the door of $44/person. More is always welcome as all proceeds will be donated directly to families in need.
Join our amazing teacher Nancy and the musically talented Rebekah Finn on the Fall Equinox to raise your vibrations and send some much needed love and healing to the amazing people and island of Maui!
Come ready to laugh and play with some partner yoga, Thai stretches, and some ancient healing practices. Couples and Friends are welcome!
We will join our voices together in closing to send a harmonious message to the universe that we are the energy of love and healing!
