And just like that, Be Yoga and Wellness is 5 years old! It is hard to believe that it’s been five years since we opened our doors to continue a sanctuary of calm, connection, and movement. We are overflowing with gratitude for every single soul who has rolled out their mat, shared their energy, and grown with us. From laughter to deep stillness, you have made this space a home. Thank you for these years of trust, community, and transformation—we can’t wait to see where the next five take us!
We know we are only as strong as our students and community. We thank you for your continued support and for your continued referrals of friends and family. With deep gratitude, everyone with an active pass will receive a free guest pass in their account to help us continue to grow and thrive! In addition to small tokens of appreciation throughout the week, we would like to invite you to partake in a free class this Friday, May 8th, from 5:30-6:30pm. This class is called Hatha Release and is being presented by our recent yoga teacher training graduate Lili! We invite you to unwind, decompress, and let go of the day’s tension in this slow-paced, soothing class designed to balance the body and calm the mind. This class will focus on holding poses for a longer duration with conscious breathing, allowing muscles to release and the nervous system to settle. Hatha Release invites you to explore your edge without stress or strain. A guided meditation during an extended savasana will invite in a deeper stillness and introspection. Please register on line through your account for this class. An active pass is not required to reserve a space.
