Agreement of Release and Waiver of Liability/Terms of Service

 

If you are currently under the care of a physician, it is advised to seek the advice of your doctor before beginning any of our classes, programs, or workshops.

 

Be Yoga and Wellness is committed to offering a safe and friendly environment for you on your journey to wellness. Nothing we offer here is competitive and you are strongly encouraged to go at your own pace.

 

By reading this, I hereby agree to the following Release and Waiver and Terms of Service:

 

1. I understand that all purchases from Be Yoga and Wellness are not transferable, can not be extended, and no refunds are allowed.

2. I am aware that participation in any exercise program may result in accident or injury. I assume the risk connected with the participation in all classes, programs, and or workshops offered by Be Yoga and Wellness.

3. I represent that I am in good mental and physical health and suffer from no physical impairments which would limit my participation in classes, programs, and or workshops offered by Be Yoga and Wellness.

4. I have voluntarily chosen to participate in the classes, programs, and or workshops with knowledge of risks of injury. I assume all responsibility and liability for any and all injuries I may sustain due to my participation.

5. I agree Be Yoga and Wellness and its agents providing a facility, specifically The Mercado Shopping Center, LLC, shall not be liable for any claim, demand, cause of action of any kind whatsoever.

6. I am liable to carry a valid medical insurance card and responsible for all health related problems.

7. I am over the age of 18.

8. I have carefully read the release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents.
