Join Becky and Theresa Brennan for a very special Friday Night Feature, Sound Bath with Reiki. Enoy the relaxing sounds of the crystal bowls, chimes, ocean drum, and more to find stillness and peace. During your savasana, Becky will offer Reiki, the Japanese energy practice to help foster a deeper mind body connection leaving you feeling even more centered and balanced.
This special offering will take place Friday, November 15th from 5:30pm-6:40pm. Investment is $35. Please remember that there are no cancellations or refunds and this ticket can not be transferred to another event.
We also have a teacher change for the next five weeks for the Tuesday and Thursday morning Slow Flow classes. Elizabeth will teach on Tuesday mornings and Becky will teach on Thursday mornings starting November 12th-December 12th. The zoom option will follow Becky to Thursday morning.
