Ayurveda for Balance and Rejuvenation- Sound Bath with Reiki
As winter slowly passes, we can still honor the rhythm of the season by embracing the natural cycles that can lead to a more fulfilling and balanced life. Like the trees that shed their leaves and the bears that slumber in their dens, our bodies are designed to rest deeply, turn inward and sink into stillness to renew the vitality that spring will call forth. Be Yoga and Wellness is proud to present two special February events that will invite you to continue to honor this cycle and help prepare yourself for that call of spring.

Our first special event will be Ayurveda for Balance and Rejuvenation on Friday, February 7th, from 5:30-7:30pm. Led by Dr. Laurel Prema Trujillo, you will be guided on a journey into the sister science of Yoga, Ayurveda. Ayurveda is an ancient healing science that comes from understanding and balancing your unique constitution with the rhythms of nature. Come learn about the three doshas of Ayurveda within the five elements. Dr. Trujillo will also teach simple, self-care practices to improve your health and discover the changes that you need to make in this season of winter to stay balanced and prepare for the vitality of spring!
Investment for this night of balance and rejuvenation is $40. Please register on-line or in person.

We once again are pleased to announce another Sound Bath with Reiki. Please join Becky and Theresa on Friday, February 21st, from 5:30-6:45pm. Come relax, unwind, and find stillness and peace with the sounds of the Chakra tuned crystal bowls, chimes, and more. Reiki helps restore the energy in the body and fosters a deep mind, body connection leaving you feeling centered and balanced. With these two powerful practices together, it is designed to help you rest deeply, turn inward and sink into stillness to renew the vitality that spring will call forth
Investment for this event is $45 and pre-registration is required as this event continues to sell out. Register on-line here.
Please remember that all ticketed event reservations cannot be canceled and ticket can not be transfered to another event. Be Yoga and Wellness does allow a ticket to be transfered to another student. There are no refunds after a purchase is made.
Teacher Change
There will be a teacher class change starting the week of February 10th. For another 5 weeks, Elizabeth will teach the Tuesday 9am Slow Flow with no virtual option, and Becky will teach the Thursday 9am Slow flow with a virtual option. This will begin the week of February 9 and end after the Thursday March 13th class. Thank you for being understanding and flexible!
Yoga for Pickleball
You may have noticed a workshop on the schedule for this coming weekend. Before we were even able to promote this event, the Yoga for Pickleball workshop with Melody was sold out. With the demand for this event, we are considering making this either a weekly class or a series of workshops. We hope to have an announcement soon as to the future of this high demand event!
As always, we are so honored to be able to have this studio for us all to come together in community and have space where you are seen and heard. We thank you all for your continued support and we look forward to celebrating our fourth year together in May. For now, rest deeply, continue to turn inward, and let us spring into vitality when the season calls!
Peace,
Becky and the Be Yoga and Wellness Teachers
